How far in advance do I need to place an order?
I require at least 2-3 weeks for custom orders. However, the sooner you know the better!!
Do you deliver?
I have the ability to deliver orders within 5 miles from my home for free. Anything outside of that will be $5-10; determined upon distance.
Do you ship?
According to MA Cottage Laws, I cannot ship at this time.
How do I pay?
Once you have agreed to a design, I will send you an invoice with all of the options for payment.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies are all individually heat-sealed and will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. However, when frozen can last up to 2 months.
They may last longer, but my recommendation is 2 months frozen for best flavor.
What is a Pre-Sale?
This is how I sell cookies that are not custom.
It allows everyone to get cookies without having to think about the details, try different flavors, and get some cookies just because!
I usually post samples a few weeks before pick up, then you would scroll through pictures, decide what you’d like, and pay to secure your order. The best way to stay in the loop and give input is to follow me on Instagram!
Are you going contactless?
Yes!! If you are picking up your order, I will send you a message when they are ready on the day of pick up. Your order will be on a small table with your name on them on my front porch (or driveway - whatever is permitted with the weather)!
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes!! I do ask that any changes/cancellation is done at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the initial pick up date! Cancellations will result in a credit for the amount paid.
Any cancellation that is made inside of the 2 week window will be forfeiting your 50% deposit.

Can you do large quantity orders?
I do!! With that being said, I do ask that there is more than 3 weeks before pick up. I am the designer/baker/decorator and I need time to be able to work things out to make them the best for your event!
Do you have other Dietary Restriction options?
While my original recipe cookie includes; eggs & gluten, I do have the ability to make Gluten Free and Vegan options, however I MUST know when placing the order.
Do you do any other flavors?
All of my custom order cookies are Butter Vanilla. During my presales I do make new seasonal flavors.
Cake flavors vary by request!!
Are all designs yours?
From start to finish, I take your inspiration photos and design your order myself. I print my own cookie cutters, and with a hand painted, artistic design, my unique cookies will surely be a hit.
