In order to reserve your spot in my calendar a nonrefundable deposit of 50% must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. If, after 48 hours the deposit has not been made, the invoice will be cancelled and the date will reopen to any new requests. 

The remaining balance is due ONE WEEK prior to your pick up date. I cannot begin an order until payment is received in full so late payment may result in inability to fulfill your order as outlined in the invoice or cancelled completely.

Payments can be made through Venmo (@cami-smachetti) or cash.

My baked goods, especially cookies are art! Every cookie is made and decorated by myself just for you and your event. They are as unique and one of a kind as they can be. Because of this, they may vary slightly in design.

 

I will not produce replicates of another set made by another artist; however I am happy to look over the inspirations you send (other sets, invitations, themes, decorations, etc) and will use that to uniquely draw and create your set to best fit your event. You will be provided with sketches for approval prior to beginning baking.

Please make sure you have included correct spellings of any and all names and/or phrases you would like included in the design. 

Orders cancelled 2 weeks prior to the set pick up date will receive a credit for the amount paid which will be good for 6 months from the cancellation date.

 

Orders cancelled within the 2 weeks of pick up date will receive no refund or credit. All payments are non-refundable.

If for any reason, I must cancel an order for circumstances other than non-payment, a full refund will be given with as much notice as possible.

Free Contactless porch pickup is available in Lenox, MA, 01240. Full Address is provided with your invoice/estimate as well as the date/time your order will be ready for pickup, PLEASE save this for your records and set a reminder for yourself. Delivery may be available for a small fee.

Current pickup is contactless, which means orders are placed on a pick up stand by my front door 5 minutes prior to pickup time. They will be safe from the elements.. If you are going to be unable to make it at your pickup time, please text me ASAP (contact info on estimate/invoice). I will do my best to bring your order back in and find a new time that works for us both. I can leave your order out upon your request, however I am not responsible if something should happen to your order.
